The Old Souls started in the summer of 2004 as a collaborative project between Roy and Tom with lead vocalist Ben. One Sunday morning we were sitting on a patio on a beachfront all hungover, when Roy decided he wanted to try making Ben scream into a microphone by kicking him really hard in the nut sack. It worked, and the above music is what resulted. While some have commented on the varying sound style, The Old Souls is in all a streetpunk band, as the music and lyrics reflect growing up with a rusty spoon in our mouths. We've just finished recording our first full-length album - the songs posted here are down sampled rips from our CD... we hope you rock out to them
