Made up of the remnants of a band who were the remnants of another band, S.T.A.B. will finally be the band to put on more than 3 shows total in their career, completely different from everything else they've played as a group in the past. Infamous for their wild on-stage dance parties, excruciating sexyness of The Ponn, and other assorted antics, Sheila Take A Bow will surely be a hit at your local concert, party, or corperate event.

Bio: In an effort to put together a ska band in a small suburban town, the forces that be decided to make it happen. This band was called The Skadavers, and man, were they epic. Nonetheless, the band lasted until late-mid-2006, when the prodigy drummer Poor Richard had to leave for more education in a far away land. The members left behind from The Skadavers decided to recruit some stupid freshmen and bring back that hot hot sound, rightfully titled The Hot Tops. After various lineup changes, the Hot Tops lasted until summer 2007. In fall 2007, 5 of the original Hot Tops members went off to start a genre-less band called Shelia Take A Bow, which lasted with that lineup until basically the first day of January 2008, where it was decided S.T.A.B. would return to their ska routes. After putting Baby Shaw back on his beloved tenor sax, S.T.A.B. is making much progress in the status of American popular song.
STAB is pretty much dead as of 2008, due to half of the band being out of state, but we have yet to officially disband. We are a family, a band of brothers so to speak, and we will fight off the soviet forces until the day we die.
