I like being here and sometimes being there; I read voraciously, and adore country pubs and real ale. I love the art, design and craftsmanship of things hand-made, such as stained glass and unique and vintage leather handbags, and individuality is important to me. I am a visual person, and love art, but I cannot work most things technical, including the DVD Player...Music keeps me upbeat and I feel puts us in touch with our inner self, and taps for me back into something very primeval. Love of music is one of the things that brought me to Myspace. I love the colour pink, and am blonde but would never describe myself as a girlie girl in this world, but perhaps I will be in the next; My friend Sandy told me that loving pink is all about drawing love and positive emotion to oneself - That could be true... I like the sound and the smell of the sea, and the verdant green and dramatic blue of the autumn sky in the patch of English countryside that I am lucky enough to live in. I love old things because they are fascinating to me, having lived more than one life and been touched and held by people of the past, but I cannot bear stuffed Victorian creatures in glass cases - Shudder! I am drawn to darkness and to the light; I love old buildings and churches and history and the lives of our Celtic and Pagan forebears. I am most proud in life of my son and his individuality and latent talent. I both look forward to and dread the future, and I want to retire to a cottage, or a houseboat in France, and live peacefully with my family, some cats, two dachshunds, some chickens and a goat!
