I am the Executive Chef of The West Wind Supper Club in River Falls, Wisconsin. I love food and enjoy the restaurant industry. It seems to be a good niche for me.Hopefully sooner than later I plan to open my own place with a buddy of mine that works with me. Untill then I spend most of time playing cards (poker), gambling and going out, pretty much the night life. During the summer I spend most of my weekends relaxing on my boat on the St. Croix river.Im usually pretty laid back and just like to enjoy life.
