For the first time in a long time, I ran a mile this morning. I have felt puke-ish ever since. Yuck.
After I ran, I did weights and the bike. But running sucks. Big time.

I am so happy that tomorrow is Friday! All week I've been unable to concentrate at work. Tuesday was the worst. I took Mussinex for my cold that lasted nearly 2 weeks and it made me completely looney....
