About Me

I am a 32 year old songwriter from North Wales, and in my mis-spent teens and twenties, I spent time growing my hair long, dressing like a tramp and making dirty rock music with my dirty rock friends. After years of messing about in bands I decided to record my best an most favourite tunes, about thirty in all, mainly for myself. Needless to say I was pretty chuffed with outcome. I am currently working with a friend of mine, Laura Collins, who is an exceptional singer. We are in the middle of writing songs and jamming in an effort to form a band, (when we decide on a name), but for now I have put some of my old stuff up here. After talking to a anold school friend of mine over Christmas, Nigel Ashcroft, who himself is a songwriter (and has a MySpace thingy, with his band too 'The Humble', go visit), and is attemping to get a publishing deal, I thought I'll give it a go too. Getting a bit long in the tooth to be a rock Idol, but perhaps artists maybe interested in using my songs. I'm not the greatest of singers in a technical sense, but the honesty and soul is there in the voice and the lyrics. Get your layout at PopDarts.com

My Interests

Music:

Band Members: As there is no band there are no members, but I wouldn't have been able to record these tunes without the help of my good friend Chris Pugh.

And a nice little artistic tribute to best show on TV 'Battlestar Galactica', So Say We All.
Influences: Major influences for me would be; Led Zeppelin, Sex Pistols, PWEI, Public Enemy, Nine Inch Nails, Janes Addiction, Muse, Marvin Gaye, Sly & The Family Stone, Janis Joplin, Depeche Mode, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Secret Machines, Soundgarden, Smiths, Pitchshifter, Beastie Boys, Ice-Cube, Ministry, Jimi Hendrix, Beatles, The Clash, Megadeth, The Cure, Faith No More, New Model Army to mention but a few.
Sounds Like: Me, who'd have thunk itGood be quite a cool CD Cover

Type of Label: Major
