THE WAYNE FOUNDATION CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION

This started out as my personal myspace site, but my personal life does evolve around child advocacy and as a founder of the Wayne Foundation, I found myself focusing on the cause here as well. So now it is more of a Wayne Foundation myspace site.
I have been active in child and family advocacy for about 14 years, spending five of those years as Executive Director, online child decoy and photo analyst for Better A Millstone, Inc. I am also a writer and have spent five years studying infanticide cases for common denominators and have written a book based on that study. After all this, infanticide reached out and personally touched my life in the burning death of Baby Wayne Anderson, Jr. by his mother.
The Wayne Foundation was formed in his honor, that his life and death not be in vain. I believe the greatest honor we could bestow on this precious innocent one is to take what is a tragedy and do something positive from it, to leave a legacy in his honor. We cannot bring baby Wayne back, but we can go forward and do something for all the children that are still here with us.
Infanticide has reached epidemic proportions across our nation and it is time we take affirmative action to bring this slaughter of the innocent to a cease and desist. The Wayne Foundation is multi purpose. We are grass root lobbyists for law changes that will help stop the abuse and death of children. We are a child abuse awareness group and hope to bring understanding to the public and education. We are also a family support group, funding funeral and memorial needs for the lost little ones. We hope to establish legal safe houses for abused children in the future.
We are non-profit and all of our funding at this time is obtained through fund raising projects and direct donations. I am not here to dig in your pockets, but just to seek those who are willing to stand up and be a voice for the innocent.
As for myself, I am a single Mom, Ballet Mom, Memom, Nurse, Writer, Minister, Activist, Humanitarian, Child Advocate, Procrastinator, Finless Mermaid, Seashell Collector, Lighthouse Lover, Doormat, Zena Warrior Princess, and all that plus a bag of chips (Chocolate ones).
Non Cedo Ferio - I yield not, I fight! My heart is for children and families. My life work is to fight for children and families against all those that afflict them. I press in and push on and will never stop fighting and kicking up the dust in the faces of those who suffer the little children....
