I love to cook. I grew up with home cookin' from the holler so my best meal is chicken 'n' taters. But I work on expanding my horizons. One of my favorite things is to cook with my Love , Christopher, and to cook for lots of people. I refuse to serve myself first because I want to sit back and watch the others satisfaction from the meal before I dig in. I love Appalachia but I hate what the cold does to my sensitive Irish skin. I love playing music. I grew up with the music of the mountains and now I play in a group called The Weathered Road. It is so much fun to play music with my boys (Chris, Derek, Stephen). I am a Libra and I fall apart when my life is not balanced. I hate to work out until I get in the groove, then I go overboard. I love to sleep, and that makes getting things done difficult. I have a son, Ray. People make fun of me because I call him my son...he's really my cat. I don't like sports but I'm learning to understand and appreciate them. It is a skill I was not born with and therefore I should respect it. Give me a Frisbee any day. I love theater but can't find time to be a thespian so therefore I keep my skills up at work. I am a server, and all day I treat people like I actually care about them for $2.13 an hour. Oh! Don't forget that $2 tip I'll get in dimes and quarters...But then again, at least I am fortunate enough to have a job. All in all, my life is good. I'm in love, I have a great family, I have an awesome band, and I'm happy. ~Libby
