Its unique mixture of punk, heavy-metal and even pop, makes this band one of the most promising new bands in Europe probably not the world! Indeed, Still at Large knows how to skillfully combine the loud and vulgar power of hard rock with beautiful haunting melodies. With their exciting and erratic live performances, plus a sexual charisma which hasn’t been seen since the late sixties, this band realy is Rockn’Roll at the best !!! The band was formed in 1993 by guitarrist Claude Kalmes and singer Tom Grethen. Three months after, the band’s line up was completed it took part in a talent contest where it won first price for the best vocal perfomance and the best live show. This gave the band the opportunity to produce a 6 song EP which sold out in a record breaking time. RTL-Radio Luxembourg voted the band best newcomer in 1994. After this the venues the band played became more and more important. Now it’s about time for this hot band to get signed for the real deal.
