Korzenie nazwy naszej mini-sekty ( xD ) siegaja juz pierwszego spotkania, to jest 29.12.06 r. Na pierwszym, „dziewiczym” meetingu znalazlo sie siedem osób praktycznie nie znajacych sie nawzajem. Oczywiscie, w pewnej chwili doszlo do tego, ze porobily sie male grupki, co skutecznie uniemozliwilo wzajemna integracje. Wtedy wlasnie po raz pierwszy zostaly wypowiedziane historyczne slowa (slowa, które sprawily, ze nigdy nie bede juz taka jak wczesniej xD): Skupmy sie. Kto pierwszy podjal sie trudnej próby integracji? Nie jest to w tej chwili istotne. Najwazniejsze, ze warszawscy fani The Rasmus przyjeli to haslo z wielkim entuzjazmem. Natychmiast zebralismy sie do kupy i podazalismy dalej Nowym Swiatem, budzac wsród przechodniów zdziwienie (a nawet przerazenie). Opisujac wrazenia dotyczace pierwszego zlotu, uczestnicy niesmialo zaczeli uzywac nazwy „kupa”. Pózniej wszyscy rozkrecili sie na calego, powstawaly nawet bandery z ta szlachetna nazwa. Jednak, poniewaz brzmialo to troche dziwnie, a z pewnoscia malo oryginalnie (w koncu z tradycyjna „kupa” wszyscy spotykamy sie na co dzien xP), kupowicze odczuwali potrzebe zmiany. Pierwsza odwazyla sie Aneta. Po trzecim spotkaniu przeksztalcila nazwe na „qupa”, co w ostatecznosci zostalo zmienione na „QPA”. Teraz nikt juz nie kwestionuje pisowni slowa „QPA”. Sposób ten na stale powiazany jest z istnieniem naszej mini-sekty. Wdzieczne napisy „QPA” zdobia nie tylko nasze profile na myspace czy gronie, ale takze slawny murek przy którym rozpoczyna i konczy sie kazde spotkanie. I pomimo tego, iz gloszac nasza milosc do „QPY” budzimy liczne kontrowersje wsród niewtajemniczonych znajomych, nazwy juz nie zmienimy. Bo „QPA” jest nami, a my jestesmy „QPA”. Na zawsze xP
QPA’s HISTORY (written by ®other_girl; translated by ®Arezja)
The roots of our mini-sect ( XD ) started to grow from our first meeting, it means from 29th of December 2006. There were seven people on our first “virginal” meeting and we didn’t know each other at all. So there were some groups and it was a really big problem for our integration. Suddenly there were said for the first time the historical words (which caused I’ll never be the same person XD): “Skupmy sie!” (it means something like “Join ourselves” but in Polish it could be associated with “kupa” = “shit” in English). Who was the first person tried to integrate us? It isn’t important now. The most important thing is that Warsaw’s The Rasmus fans were very enthusiastic because of those words. We joined ourselves immediately and we made people shocked (or even threatened) went through Nowy Swiat Street. We started to use very shyly word “kupa” as the name of our group. Later when we were more brave, we even made a banners and graphics with this noble name. However it was a bit strange and it wasn’t very original (because of that “kupa” is really widespread in Poland XD ) and we wanted to change the name. The first person who risk to do that was Aneta. After the third meeting she changed our name in “qupa” (the meaning of the name was the same, only spelling was different) and later in “QPA”. Now nobody try to change our name. This way of writing it is joining with the existence of ‘the sect’. QPA graphics are not only in our myspace profiles or grono profiles (Polish page) but even on the wall nearby The Palace of Culture in Warsaw were we start and end all meetings. Even our love to QPA is really controversial for other people who aren’t initiated, we are not going to change the name. The QPA is we and we are the QPA – forever xP
