Sho’nuff Records and Break Magazine are set to raise the bar on the average music showcase by presenting opportunity and education to the hottest upcoming talent through their monthly SHO’BIZ Performance Series. Sho’nuff Records, anchored by CEO and super producer Jazze Pha, has proven successful in its short history, producing the multi-platinum R&B superstar Ciara, along with their most recent success, the four sister R&B group Cherish, among others.
Joining forces to find the industry’s next superstar, Sho’nuff Records and Break Magazine will together attract A-List industry professionals, aspiring and independent artists, media outlets, as well as new and established performers. What sets SHO’BIZ apart from the average music showcase is our dedication to educating upcoming and independent talent, guiding their early careers on a path toward well rounded success.
SHO’BIZ is a two format event. The “SHO†portion provides the artist with the opportunity to perform and be critiqued by music professionals, while the “Biz†portion allows the artists and attendees to network and rub elbows with industry movers and shakers, gaining valuable contacts and information in the process. The monthly Performance Series events will lead up to a quarterly SHO’BIZ Music Forum & Showcase which will include a music business seminar as well as an open Q&A forum featuring A-list music professionals.
