SEXMACHINES was a Belgian band based in Ghent. First they jammed with Andro Jane, a female singer (now known from Nid & Sancy), and did some gigs with her. In the meantime she got pregnant, so SEXMACHINES went on as a trio doing support acts for the likes of DOO RAG, dEUS, EVIL SUPERSTARS, BLONDE REDHEAD, ROCKET FROM THE CRYPT,... and played a lot of club-concerts in Antwerp and Ghent with DE BOSSEN and many others.
SEXMACHINES basically sound like a fucked-up mix of sleazy rock, weird vocals, noisy feedback, heavy grooves, stars and glitter.
Just call it "Androgenous Pornopunk".
