Nateshia Lindsay AKA Ms. Thing, also referred to as Muma Thing, was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica on September 15, 1986. Miss Jamaica concludes with a remarkable duet with soca artist Sugar Daddy, "Sweet Soca Music" which ingeniously blends Sly & Robbie's ubiquitous "Bam Bam" riddim with the Rolling Stones strings sample made famous by The Verve on "Bittersweet Symphony." Future sounds, indeed.
