About Me

First off, don't ever ask me what I want. Just go HERE .
Anyways, I suppose that I put important info here. The kind of info that the people reading this most likely already know. I'm Sammy Robert Knapp. Born June 12, '89.
I'm liberal. I went to Oak Ridge Elementary, then Canyon Hills, then Ayala. I've played AYSO soccer for years. I used to be involved in acting. I was in drama productions, dance groups, and musicals, as well as various auditions which I landed very few parts (I was in a jeep ad and a Kaiser Permanente ad). In forth grade, I was diagnosed with Diabetes. It could be worse; I'm thankful it's not, really.
I started playing alto sax in fifth grade. I was in band at Canyon Hills, and, of course, in most of the ensembles at Ayala. Marching Band, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Sax Quartet, Indoor Marching Percussion, and Concert Percussion. I was drafted into percussion my freshman year for Concert Band, and for most of the second semester band stuff, I ended up playing Tympani and auxilary. In Drumline, I was a cast member (random person in the show) freshman and junior year, and decided to stop being lazy my senior year and picked up some cymbals. And joined the concert percussion on auxilary. Fun stuff. I'm a GNF and an ARC. Y'all know what that means. But enough about band.

I am a Star Wars Fan. That happened . . . when the Special Edition came out in '97. Ten years ago . . . wow. A decade. I'm a Howard Stern fan and Halo fan. That's recent. As well as a HEROES fan. Also recent. But they're stuck with me now. Sophomore year, I went to Utah. If you don't know, ask. It's shaped part of who I am today.
I'm a part of SADD, as well. I am going to stick with it. People shouldn't make dumb decisions like that. If I can help one person see that, then I've done my job. I had an uncle who was killed by a drunk driver in '77. So obviously, I didn't know him. But I always wonder how my life would have been different if I would have known him. He played alto sax. He was into Star Trek. Maybe he would have been into Star Wars. Who knows.
The blogs that say ARCHIVE in my blog are part of my life story. As is the first person on my top friends list. That's another MySpace site of mine. I've decided to place all my writings from my little trip to Utah there.
I graduated from Ayala this past June, and don't have a clue as to what I want to do with my life. I'm planning on going to Mt. SAC in the winter. Hopefully, I can figure out not just what I am going to do with my life, but who I am and how to be truly happy. I'm on a path of self-discovery, but I need to do it quick, before I go insane (HAHA).
I think that that's more info than you wanted to know about me. Enjoy.

My Interests

I am interested in Star Wars, Halo, Howard Stern, HEROES, the Holiday Season (from about October until February), singing (as bad as I am), and good heart-warming converations. And, obviously, anything under music, movies, tv shows, and books.

Among many other things.

I'd like to meet:

The cast and crew of anything that I am a fan of. Star Wars, HEROES, Howard Stern, Halo: any of the people involved in my favorite books, movies, tv shows, and music. Notable names? George Lucas, John Williams, Jason Mraz, P!nk, Gordon Goodwin, Ewan McGreggor, George Takai, Masi Oka, Hayden Panettiere, Howard Stern, Artie Lange, Robin Quivers, etc.

Aside from them, I would like to meet people. Just people. Friendly ones, who accept me for me. I love to make good friends.

I would like to fall in love. Well, more than that. I want to fall in love with someone who completes me. Who makes me weak in the knees. Who I can give everything I have to. But more than that, someone who feels the same way about me. I've found plenty of people who are perfect for me. However, I'm not perfect for them, and never will be. I want to make someone week in the knees . . . But maybe . . . just maybe . . . I already have . . .

- Jason Mraz, 0% Interest
"There's something in the way you laugh, and it makes me feel like a child. Aspects of life, they confuse me. You and your thesis amuse me."
- Jason Mraz, After an Afternoon
"Well if you should nervously break down, when its time for the shakedown would you take it? It's when you cry just a little, but you laugh in the middle, then you've made it."
- Jason Mraz, Tonight, Not Again
"Oh love it's a brittle madness, I sing about it in all my sadness. It's not falsified to say that I. Found. God, so. Inevitably, well it still exists pale and fine I can't dismiss. And I won't resist and if I die well at least I tried."
- Jason Mraz, On Love, In Sadness
"Who are we is who we are, when the act of love can get us so far. So good I wish you would, think twice on me . . .'Cuz it only gets better."

"You're wearing that thin disguise. Don't apologize. And you're birthday suit suits you. Well it suits me too it's one hell of a costume. I can't find the zipper anywhere on your back. Perhaps, it's attached to the breach of your ass crack."
- Jason Mraz, Older Lover Undercover
"I'm sleeping to dream about you, and I'm so damn tired. Of having to live without you, but I, I don't mind. I'm sleeping to dream about you, and I'm so tired. Oh, yes, I am."
- Jason Mraz, Sleeping to Dream
"Cause your about to get cut and get cut down. It's all about the wordplay, all about the sound in the tone of my voice. You gotta let me make my choice alone, before my food gets cold. You'd better shut up or get shot down. It's all about the know, how all just a matter of taste. Stop telling me the way I gotta play. Too much food on my plate, c'mon."
- Jason Mraz, Too Much Food
"What good is success when you have no one to share it with."
