About Me

The Lumi Experiment is a Helsinki-based pop/electro/acoustic band that was founded in 2005. Last year we made three songs for the Finnish modification of the massive videogame Grand Theft Auto (GTA) and got some radioplay in national radiostations.At the moment we are working on our debut album "Helsinki Minute" that should be released early next year. The first single of the album "Drunk By Noon" was released in January 2009 via Dance-Industries, ReverbNation, MySpace.com, and Lastfm. It peaked 6th position on ReverbNation national charts and stayed in top ten for several weeks. The single also got international radioplay for example in England (OTC, XRadioStage) and Germany (UniCC Fm). The following single "Say What You Say" is out now (November 2009)!
