About Me

It's 2008 and I've been manipulating records on two-turntables since 2001, the year I graduated from Patterson High. At 24 years of age, I feel I'm just learning what endless boundaries of artistic inspiration. It's been wonderful learning that just when I thought I was invincible, I had plenty more mountains to climb, and plenty more oceans of difficulties to swim through. Deejaying is easy, but tough at the same time. It's rather trying when I despise some music, but have to play it at parties, because of it's steady rotation on the radio. Ehh, it really comes down to making each song your own. Deejaying is much more than just playing records: deejaying is having the opportunity to create something entirely different, with the greatest tool of all: my imagination. I strive ever to defy the commonalities of passionless fruits, and instead struggle to hopefully innovate by always remaining a student of life and its wonderful lessons. As one-half of the Knights of the Turntable, I hope to crusade my self-proclaimed--this is the latter of my deejaying identity-- neo-tablist style, that will be ever-evolving, and ever challenging; in spirit, mind and body. Shouts to my girl, Em, te amo and you keep me strong; my fam, thanks for supporting my loud ass music; Krazed-dj, we push each other and understand what this art really means; Popeye, I hate amps, but you make a great point; rem, you're the reason I even started, and I thank you; and R-Cue, my big bro and my inspirational mentor--I always look up to you! Jesus-Christ, I will never forget you, for you're the reason that I can get through anything; Lord, thank you for thy blessings!
