um.. about me...
I was born in Atlanta and moved to Birmingham before age 3.
I lived with my mother, but you know that saying.. "it takes a village". yeah, that was me. I moved away for the first time at 13. north Georgia, upstate New York, and pan handle land Florida became my home for the next few years.. returning to Birmingham for a few months here and there, but for good at 19. making it a permanent thing by the age of 21, when I bought my house here.
I've had a very entertaining life, to say the least. and have learned from most all errors I've made. most, not all. I still have flaws like anyone else.
I decided to get into radio around the age of 15. At a boarding school I once attended. the station was a nothing, but it sparked my interest.
I returned to Birmingham for a good minute after leaving boarding school to intern with what was 107.7 The X, and just to be home.
I'm not going to say I did much of anything there, but I had a blast and met a group of people who have influenced my life to this day.
A few years later kinda sorta maybe worked with what was 101.1 The Spot. I only say that, because the station was flipping formats right as I got there. so it counts, but yeah..
in 2003, started as an intern with Cox Radio, INC. and have just completed close to 6 years with the company. I have worked most every department aside sales, and have had a blast while learning so much and more everyday!
all the people I've met throughout the years in radio, I mean, like some of the coolest people. I've had great times with all of y'all! Thanks for teaching me so many things about the biz! and for just being fun!

Concert photography is my passion, but event photography is my thing.

Usually you can chill with me on any givin Saturday night. I go out drinking, and make my rounds around the city. You can catch me in every spot from J. Clyde to Rythem n Brews, Platinum Of Birmingham, to The Nick. The Queezy, to Mike's Crossroads. Speakeasy, to Twist N Shout. Metro Bistro, to Steel. Jitterbugs to Grey Bar. Martini’s Ultra Lounge, to The Volcano. Upsidedown Plaza to Club Red/Rise/Highland.. whatever. Highnote/Rocking Horse, to The Blue Monkey. Club Continental, to The Yacht Club. The Phoenix, to The Phoenix. (Yes they are two diferent spots.) Nana Funks to The Oasis, Amani Raha (awww, I miss Amani), to Bailey's (I miss Bailey’s too!). So on and so forth! Blah Blah.. Blah..
