CAPTURIE HAVE SPLIT
THIS SITE WILL REMAIN IN TACT FOR THOSE WHO STILL WANNA LISTEN TO THE MUSIC...........
Capturie were a 4-piece rock band from a small town on the outskirts of Glasgow.
The band came together due to their shared desire to succeed along with their hard working and dedicated attitude
The band have unquestionable live experience, gracing the stages of venues such as King tuts, The Garage, The Cathouse,The Arches and The Barrowlands!

The band has received several excellent reviews including rave write-ups in some of the biggest national newspapers in the UK (including the Daily Record and the Evening Times) had airplay on national radio station XFM Scotland and have supported acts such as rock legends Diamond Head, Ricky Warwick of The Almighty and up and coming London rockers Dead Glamour Girl.

The bands music is inspired by a wide variety of artists and their sound is encapsulated in the debut EP Mentality.
"The band to watch in 2006" by national newspaper - The Daily Record.
Capturie have decided to call it a day and wish to thank everyone for all their support and help since the bands creation.
