Where do I begin... I work in the music industry; more so locally now rather than yester-year when I was on the national circuit. I also work as a construction contractor on large-scale projects. Essentially I'm just another lost soul left over from the tail end of the generation "X". My real name is Joel, but you can call me Slim (and not shady... I was around before Marshall Mathers was!) I moved to Jax in '92 from Chicago, IL (can you say culture-shock?!) via a semester and a half at F.S.U. (go 'Noles!) Since then I have been involved in the music scene both nationally and locally through production, touring and now my own company J.A.M. Entertainment Management and the Jax Artist Management Group which I started a little over 8 years ago. If you live in or around North Florida or attend shows here, you have probably seen me.
