IN 2003/4/5 HAS SEEN HIS DJING CAREER TAKE HIM AROUND THE WORLD GREECE{KOS}{ZANTE}/CUBA{HAVANA}{VARADERO}/KOSOVO{PRISTINA} PLAYING MUSIC IN THE AIM TO BRING THE POEPLE TOGETHER.THIS IS ALONGSIDE HIS MONTHLY RESIDENCIES AT UN-MOMENTO PROMOTIONS,TOTAL KAOS AND "GET FUNKED UP"PROMOTIONS. I was born in central london {} in 1983,at this time my mother & father were avid club goers{ravers} and very young parents.Music was and still is a major part of the household.The sounds of marvin gaye,steve wonder,diana ross,james brown,dennis brown and gregory issacs,These artist were inpirational to me.these soulful vocals are reflected in my styles of music giving me an abundence in inspiration.
one of my main infulence to become a dj was seeing the likes of Paul trouble anderson,bobby& steve,doublejay,danny rampling to name a few.Many of these djs were friends of my parents,I was lucky enough to see some of them at work at family parties and at festivals from a very young age,maybe 5/6years old.As i got older i then started to following them on to west end nightclubs like garage city/ministry of sound/ legends/camden palace.
My mother & father bought me my first set of technics turntables when i was 13years old, I had to share them with my dad as he used them at work in his bar.Many of my parents friends were djs, when they came round to visit they use to give me advice and tricks on how to select my music ,count beats and how to mix record to record without and breaks.I started to collect records spending any money I had earned through odd jobs,birthdays and christmas,to by music.Also having djs around give the oppotunity to get doubles and promos that they did not want or need.Once i developed my confidence and felt truly comfortable with the decks,I started playing birthday parties at my families bar.soon i was playing in london nightclubs {Emporium-w1}.My family and family friends were all recommending my skills to promoter friends of theirs.My djing career was born and i was being paid to do something i am passionate about and love to do.
I love music as it has always been part or my life. I continue to seek new music, To fuse with my styles of music, Enabling me to find new depths of inspiration.
