From former members of "Stone Chryzt" came a new darker band called "The Dark Angels".The band was created in early 2002 by Christian Von Youngblood,Slay Von Youngblood,& Jaymz Von Chryzt.We wanted to play music darker & heavier than any other bands in the area,to make a name for ourselves.We later came across Charles Fricks,who would be our lead guitarist.He also introduced us to a friend of his,T.J. Daniel.As you know became the official drummer.After months of creating and writing music,the band decided to make their first demo.Baker Studios was the place we chose.There we created three demos.The first demo was with a studio drummer and the next two were with T.J.Daniel.A few years and a couple of songs later we decided to create the official studio album,"Back From The Dead" at Soundworks,by the legendary Dave Pittman.There we played through 12 grueling hours of music.Finally the album was complete.Throughout the years members of the band went through hardships,breakups,new members,drug abuse,alcohol abuse,rehab,and many other in-differences.Through years of struggles and different mind frames,the band decided to officially end in 2008.
