I'm a songwriter who plays guitar...which is probably an apt description of 90% of mankind at this point! My band (The Kimberly Trip) has had more success in The Phillipines (of all places) than anywhere else (of course you can occasionaly catch one of our songs on American and Canadian TV, usually behind a collage scene on one of the myriads of decorating shows...highly ironic since for a 'day-job' I'm an interior decorator).Anyway, I like movies, live comedy, and Margaritas. Cats are cooler than dogs, but any baby animal is really cute. Women are hot, pizza is delicious, and purple is an underrated color. Oh, and I'm a crazy-in-love with Disneyland!I hail from Northern California, but am musically inspired by Canadian rock (mainly the genius of Rush) and the up-tempo vibe of the Santa Barbara music scene (Nerfherder, Sugarcult, The Ataris).Not much to add. I have a normal life (aside from touring - 80 shows in 2005), and a normal wife (aside from her being far too good for me). I'm on here for friends and to discover great new music!
