RooN

Beat maker, DJ and producer Roon was born in 1981. His love for music started at an early age, when he got to listen to the LP s of his brother such as CASH and ABC CREW. His brother was a respected artist and a member of the famous graffiti crew in Munich. His main influence came from albums such as Run DMC, EPMD, Slang teachers and later on Dr. Dre, Notorious BIG and 2 Pac. Roon became active as a young Dj and started to turn the tables, for school activities and youth parties. After that he started with, making his own beats from club to emotional, hip hop sensational and R&B beats. Together with his friends he would play his beats while freestyle sessions where being held down in the basement. Roon says : It was fun but not good enough to compare to what went really down in Munich City. Roon simply did not give up, every opportunity of free time was spend on experimenting and tuning his beats flavours. His beats skills where improving with one goal to make goodmusic.

Music is a part of entertainment; he says, I want to entertain the people with the Artist I work with. I want you to enjoy and feel the music even if you have to smile or cry.

His first team includes Metin Bela, Zoko, Vee, Nur, Adams, Karsai and Will together they formed a crew named UTC. He recorded several tracks for these young talents and helped Karsai with his album. Up to today, the UTC crew no longer exists, its crew members went their sepperate ways except Bela, who is still working with Roon today. Roon's underground beats skills recognition spreaded true the City of Munich and got him to associate with one of Germanies top Artist '' Kool Savas '' . Together they worked on a promo project for a Local hip hop shop.

In the winter of 2006 Roon got linked to the Turkish Rap scene and hooked up with Tetik in Munich. Later he met also EGE Cubukcu. Its than when he got to work one of his big projects, producing a song on the comercial album with EGE followed by a video clip that made it to the mainstream media with their hit track YAZ GELDI (the summer is here). He continued working with his new connections and released Tetik's first underground Album. Later on, their first Comercial Album in corporation with Base Mode records Ankara Turkey. Together they worked on several video clips, and up till today two of them made it to the main stream media. Both Clips were exposed on MTV Turkey and other Turkish Music T.V stations.
Lately Roon has also been working with two Professional windsurfers Ruben Petrisie and Kiri Thode. Ruben and he met at back in 2007 at the Base Mode studio in Ankara. Shortly after, they recorded their first track ''dreams'', which became a favorite among Ruben's fans. Roon found it interesting to work with a windsurfer. He says ; I want to try and go different directions with Hip Hop, a windsurfers' lifestyle is something interesting. They now have been recording several tracks related to the beach culture lifestyle. Some of these tracks where performed live at big windsurf events in countries such as Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Russia and Turkey. Setting up their own windsurf label and team is one of their many plans. Ruben and Kiri will influence their lyrics with their beach lifestyle and travel experiences. Many tracks are planned to be released by this talented producer including a sound track for a windsurf DVD also on schedule for 2009.
Beats are improving, connection field is growing and it definetely would not be strange, if we see his name next to the best producers out there.
