If you want to get to know me that is really the best way if you don't live nearby. Don't expect anything too quickly though. I like verbal chess, but I only like verbal speed chess in person, generally speaking. I am an amazing lover but a hopeless romantic. I can't imagine anyone from my extraplatonic relationships trying to say otherwise. I can be Rumi in your ear and Sappho in the sack, but when I'm not there, I'm just gone. I'm going to try to change just to balance my natural instincts though...

Here is a poem I wrote about myself:
One day Ahlis went down to the hole
She said, "hello, how far do you go?"
"All the way of course my dear
To the Other's side, have no fear"
said the Hole to Ahlis
could be no clear'r
but when she fell
she fell up down
And in the mists
she felt not round
but round she went despite the fact
A pact is a pact is a pact is a pact
"And You knew that," said the Hole once again
Well back to front
Yet sides shall slide
both ways in our furrow
we feel not sound
and read not noise
and hear not clowns
but all and all we have no frowns.
There is a lot more poetry (and better) for friends. It's just that publicly posted poetry is considered previously published (for the sake of alliterative literary licentiates.) Also, I'm almost always told I look totally different by people that see me after even a month's absence, so I haven't uploaded a new photo in over two years.
