There is a real problem, however, with Superman’s candidacy. Since he was not born in the United States, but on the now defunct planet Krypton, he is ineligible for office. But this is hardly insurmountable. All we have to do is amend the Constitution to allow foreign aliens residing in the United States to be president. Though this unfortunately opens the door for a possible Schwarzenegger presidency, it also opens the door for a possible presidential debate fistfight between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Superman. In other words, the best debate ever.
