If you should encounter one of these skanks, or suspect that someone may be trying to pull a fast one, you can go to www.ic3.gov and lodge a complaint. This site works in conjunction with the FBI to stop internet crime. I would also suggest that you copy all correspondence with people (i.e. im's, e-mails etc) just in case something happens.
