About Me

Love music, cars and anything technical. I grew up with motorsport in the blood and have always had a penchant for making a car go/work better than the way the manufacturer intended.
I've got a number of years experience in Australian motorsport, most recently in the QLD Formula Ford Championship. Prior to that I was competing in the Aussie Racing Car National Championship with VIP Petfoods Racing and a guest drive with Pennzoil Racing.
I took some time off through 2006 and part of 2007 to be around for some quality time with my lovely wife and our most beloved little boy.
The Formula Ford drive presented itself half way though 2007 so I jumped at the opportunity. I'm now searching for a new sponsor to support me in 2008 and futher into the future. If you have any interest please contact me.
I've also had quite a background with music. I started young in grade 2 playing the violin, that lasted till I grew up and realised it wasn't cool ;) and in grade 7 I swapped over to alto saxophone. After many years of convincing my parents I was eventually allowed to start drum lessons (always my chosen musical instrument) in grade 8, dropped the sax and played drums right through high school. Left yr 12 in 1996 and jammed for a short while in a band with my long time best friend, who is now lifting rooves everywhere as DE JAH DAN DAH. Time constraints forced me to make a decision between the music and motorsport and here we are. I still yearn for a chance to sit at a drum kit and punch out some beats, will be interesting to see if I can actually co-ordinate all my limbs correctly when I finally get the chance ;)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

an average of 1 new person every day. I'd like to meet people that make me laugh and will listen, and laugh at my lame sense of humour in return ;) People of all walks of life inspire me. Getting to know many different people, you come to realise you are who you are because they are who they are, we're not clones of each other and that makes me feel good. Why? because I wouldn't like to start every single day thinking to myself 'I don't feel like myself today'. That's better left for my off days.
