Now having well over 10 years dj’ing experience behind him Chris has showcased his unique style of deep, soulful, underground house music across Europe and the U.K. His sets take inspiration from his early love of soul, funk, hip hop, jazz and early house music. Chris has always stayed true to his musical roots in a scene that has often rewarded tougher, more commercial sounds. Having played regularly for Miss Moneypennys for 5 years both at their home in Birmingham and on their nationwide tours, Chris has also been an integral part and resident for their offshoot project Soulvision. His career to date has seen him play at venues such as el divino ibiza, tunnel club glasgow, club djoon paris and the legendary chuff chuff. For magazines such as M8 and alongside dj’s like Grant Nelson, Aaron Ross and CJ Mackintosh. Over recent times Chris has shown his musical capabilities within the studio as half of the production/remix duo afro(t)ek. Watch this space! His ongoing ability to create a unique atmosphere and vibe on the dance floor, whether it be an early or peak time set , has seen this highly regarded dj’s career go from strength to strength.
