The mission of the Coastal Carolina Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association is to promote the University in the local area by: (1) providing scholarships to incoming freshmen from our local community and (2) providing events for alumni and supporters of Virginia Tech to gather for fun and fellowship.We are a volunteer organization and do not charge any dues for membership. All we ask is that you feel good giving back your time and talents to the community and the University.We cover southeastern North Carolina and are based in Wilmington. We hold football game watching parties, happy hours, fundraising events, and fund scholarship programs.
