John Metcalfe is a Live and Recording Drummer based in Hertfordshire and York.
He has been playing since the age of 6, playing in bands at a young age, learning the subtle ways of turning a good performance into a great performance.
He has studied under such great drummers as Darryn Farrugia and Roger Odell as well as many others during his time. He now teaches from home and is renowned in the area.
He feels at home playing both tasteful, smooth grooves and powerful rock beats and is experienced in all styles.
John plays DW Drums with a host of Snares and Cymbals to choose from so the kit can be fine tuned to suit any gig from jazz trio to a heavy metal gig.
