Playwright/Director HANK BUNKER has written, directed and acted throughout Los Angeles. His play "The Noon of Games" was produced at Glaxa Studios by Oxblood. "The Interview" and "Futon Dialogues" were originally produced on separate bills at Theatre of NOTE . Other plays include "Lefty" and "All Saints’ Day". He is a founding member of the Oxblood Theater Company in L.A., and his writing appears in the anthology "Los Angeles Under the Influence", from Doublewide Press. He has an MFA in playwriting from USC, and was a long-time collaborator with the Padua Hills Playwrighting Workshop. Mr. Bunker will be volunteering his services to guide young potential playwrights at MIRA COSTA HIGH SCHOOL.
CHRISTOPHER KELLEY is an award-winning playwright and director who has had several shows produced at Theatre of NOTE . This season his "The Bomba Trilogy" was presented to kudos and packed houses. The portion of the trilogy called "Darkness" won best ensemble from Backstage West and Mr. Kelley's script was nominated for best play. Mr. Kelley will be workshopping students' original work at THE WINDWARD SCHOOL.
ERIK PATTERSON has had several works produced at Theatre of NOTE and other Los Angeles stages. NOTE is proud to have presented the first and second installments of his eventual trilogy. Both "Yellow/Flesh/Alabaster/Rose" and "Red Light/Green Light" wowed local audiences in their examination of the inner workings of one of the most dysfunctial but loving family units to have ever graced the stage. Mr. Patterson is bringing his prolific vision to THE NEWPORT BEACH HIGH SCHOOL FOR THEATRE ARTS.
