I am here for Friends

About Me

This is about me, currently. I realize "me" changes every so often.I'm someone who uses facebook way more than this (no offense). I'm a UCSD graduate and have since moved back home, currently in hibernation until the next academic endeavor, (hopefully) scheduled in the summer of 2008. My life has pretty much done a complete 180 since moving back home, which has its ups and downs. I love the privacy and the tranquility, but i crave the freedom and the exciting social interactions. I prefer outdoor activities to organized sports. My life revolves around the holy trinity of entertainment: movies/television, music, and video games. I can only be in one phase at a time. I never read for entertainment, but would read to learn or gain something out of it. I have taken a liking to audiobooks. I love driving long distances alone, and find it quite meditating (although i have never meditated in my life). I'm an introvert that's learning to become more extroverted. So help me out... talk to me :)That's all you need to know about me for now.

My Interests

I'm open to many things (although I do have my limits)

I'd like to meet:

The person who wrote this comment on my profile:The top of my priority list: The girl who called me "Heaven's Manly Angel" 4 years ago. she had the balls to say that (and all these other sweet things) and i ignored her because i was 15 and didn't know any better (duh, video games girls at this point). She moved to Alaska I think, and now disappeared from my radar. And now, I wonder how she is doing. damn, i'm cold, huh? and watch she still has some shrine devoted to me, lol.
Any and all MO's. (hint: MO stands for something)

Music:

I would say moderate. Not too indie, yet not too mainstream, haha.

Movies:

I have seen too many movies, and yet there are a million more i have not seen yet. it never ends.

Television:

Currently (as in i try not to miss them): 1. The Big bang Theory 2. How I Met Your Mother 3. Two and a Half Men 4. Carpoolers (RIP) 5. Cavemen (RIP) 6. The Office (US/UK on BBC America) 7. iCarlyanyone notice (a) trend(s)? and a whole bunch of reruns. or the technical term is "syndicated" heh.

Books:

Audiobooks! I may have given up on reading books for pleasure (instructional and magazines do not count), but i am willing to listen to books I ought to read. does that count? :)

Heroes:

Mystery.

Metal Gear Solid

I swear, this series in general has the greatest commentary on warfare, politics, and philosophical themes. Case in point: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKbauup-lI4
