The Chaser

Jean Rebecca (aka The Chaser), age 28, was born in Haiti, a third world, poverty stricken nation. He was forced to leave his mom at the age of six to be introduced to a dad he never knew, in a world he never knew. During his youth he survive by using school and basketball as a way of escape. Much of the freedom that kids had enjoyed during his age was none existent in the world in which he lived in. Physical, mental, and verbal abusive was the world he had to endure, all while trying to read, write, and learn English. With the hardship that comes from being a Haitian in an abusive home and living in the projects; while as a former Jehovah witness and a revive Christian, he still managed to succeed. During his high school years he played football and basketball, while in college he played basketball and co-captain on the team. He graduated at SEC now known as Southeastern University with a bachelor degree in Pastoral Ministry and a minor in Business. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for seven years. He goes by The Chaser because he believed that he has been chasing an unknown God since the time he was born, believing as a Christian he draws nearer to God with every chase. He has completed his Masters Degree in Ministerial Leadership. Jean recently relocated to Charleston, SC.
