I'm 60 going on 18. In short, I NEVER grew up. I still like fast boats, cars and motorcycles and own ALL three. I've always enjoyed challenges (of ANY kind). I started playing the guitar at the ripe old age of 45 and have seen music as the challenge of my life. I was bass player in a classic rock band called "The Losers". We adopted the name when our lead guitar player's wife called him at rehearsal and asked, "Why do you hang out with that bunch of losers?"...she didn't know the speakerphone was on. We figured with a name like that we'd have to be good to get any repeat business and people would stop in out of curiosity (if for no other reason). It worked and we became quite popular in our area. We disbanded when the wives and girlfriends started trying to run the show. Go figure.
