So this lady sitting next to me says "you look funny" I was shocked and replied "thank you, I am pretty funny" She then poked me in the shoulder and said "NO, YOU LOOK FUNNY". Not knowing where this was going I said "oh, funny like your MOM" That didn't go over well. She puffed up a bit and went to punch me. I couldn't help but laugh at the level of anger over a "your mom" joke so I was a little unprepared for the hit. As she hit me, my only reflex was to thrust my open hand upward. I accidently broke her nose and then said "now you AND your mom look funny". She cried and cried....and I laughed and laughed until I realized she was kind of short and petite. I had been sitting on the subway and didn't notice. I looked closer and then it hit me. It was a young girl..maybe early high school. I got scared, looked around...kicked her one last time...then ran away.
