This MySpace page is site for a radio shows on KRUX, 91.5 FM Las Cruces. Metal Melee on Friday nights at 10pm to 12am.
Metal Melee specializes in a randomized format of heavy metal music. Hosted by Zack, and guests, Metal Melee will deliver two hours of heavy metal music from any day and age of any genre of metal, from any part of the earth. Be sure to tune in following Metal Melee for the following show, brothers in arms, Thrashterpiece Theater between 12am & 2am. Metal Melee avidly supports the New Mexican, and local metal scenes and includes music from metal bands from New Mexico, El Paso & Juarez. Metal Melee is always looking for material to play, so any metal band who is interested in getting their tunes, or disc played on the air, can simply contact this page and arrangements will be made to have it played on the air.
Requests are accepted as long as they fit the format. To request, either contact the page, and it will be played on the next show, or call the station during the show time at 575-646-5667.
Blogs on this page will normally fit into two categories. To inform listeners of any new albums that was added to the Metal Melee library, a blog will be written with those new albums and a short description and/or review. Blogs are also written with the play list of each show and posted every night after each show. As I am a full time college students, and have a job outside of DJing and school, it is no promise I can make every show every week, so those that would like to listen can check every 30 minutes or so during the show times to see if somebody can hopefully made it.
