About Me

Here's a video of me and my very dear friend Jasmine aka "Red Starlight" from high school in the play "Love, Death, & the Prom." It's funny how much I sound and look as my brother does now (who is now 18.)

"Ugly Betty" is one of my favorite shows ever. Seriously. Completely addicted. Thank God for NBC online putting up entire seasons and being very prompt about their updates. I work too much and go to school. If it wasn't for the internet, there'd be no tv at all.
*** Update ***
I've always wanted cowboy boots and a big belt buckle. The boots would be a bit worn in and dirty looking. I'm not saying I'd go dancing in them, but there are snakes out there in the hills. Sometimes a man just needs good boots, good fire, a harmonica, and some sadness.
Granted, I'd need a map too and a note that said "Forgive the mountain lion for killing me, it's what they do." Seriously though. I have no sympathy for those who go out in cougar (or whatever) country and get mauled then come back to say "We have to do something about the cougar problem!" Uh, there is no cougar problem. There wasn't a cougar in your living room drinking your beer and banging your wife. There wasn't a cougar in your playground between Lombardy and Floyd.
You were in HIS world.
If I get killed by a cougar I hope he holds uses my spine as a bandana and my intestines as a lasso. Or. I'll kill him. I'll headbutt him in front of his family and bite off his face, using his own mouth as a makeshift gas mask. When his friends look on at the horror, I'd act like Dennis Hopper in Blue Velvet. "Moommmmy!" Then I'd stand on a boulder and challenge any brave enough to try some. "You!" "How about you!?" "You look like a tough guy c'mon!" "Avert your eyes and hang your heads low when I pass through!"
Or. I can show mercy. I'll headbutt him and then step back giving the warrior's "Hey man, just passing through, let's just be cool" sign with my hands. Cougars being warriors themselves, would understand this and back off. Then we'd shake hands/paws and walk off oppositely across the horizon as "The Touch" by Stan Bush plays in the background, highlighting our silhouettes.
Yeah.
That's camping.

Another reason why I like Anderson Cooper?  He, like many of us, probably threw up whereever we were when we saw this.  I don't want you all to miss out on that feeling so here you go. ...
