This is the Imaginary Skate TEAm!Here's our brief history: Imaginary was created in San Diego, CA in 2003. We hired a young artist to design our logo, the "thought bubble." Less than a month later we were on our way to the ASR show in SD to make some industry contacts. We got in with "Imaginary Skate Shop" business cards and handed them out to all the kooks that wanted to sell us shit. There were some diamonds in the rough and we made some key contacts. Long story short: rather than blow ourselves up like some new WTF all-of-a-sudden cool brand, we took the low-key approach.
We sponsor local contests put on by OB Surf'n'Skate. Gabe Ryan is our skate team manager. We make girls clothes too for all the hotties - so check yourself. Profits from girls clothing are recycled back into the community - that's the way we have done it since inception. Kids all deserve a chance to get out of the house, growing up is tough.. in fact sometimes life is tough for all of us. Just getting out on a skateboard does wonders.. if you have never done it try it. We welcome you and your friends...Props to PL Legends Nick Coleman and Tyler Barrett - whatever you need guys.
