Craven Idol came into being in late 2005 from the depths of central London, formed by Sadistik Wrath and J. Scourger to vent their musical tastes in the form of blackened thrash metal, paying homage to the spirit of the old masters in a local scene which is near devoid of this approach.The band rehearsed for several months to perfect three tracks of uncompromising black speed metal, which were recorded over the summer months of 2006 and appear on the first Craven Idol demo tape:Demo #1 - Tape (50 Copies)1.
