About Me

You can learn a lot about me by going to my website. It was built over a long time - I started building my first homepage in 1996, and some of that stuff is still online - and very outdated. So let me concentrate on music here.
The song you're listening to was written and recorded a long time ago. Right now I'm looking for songwriters to work together with. Preferably some who don't work too fast. I tried working with one guy, who tends to just sing a song through, and either remembers it or doesn't - that's way too fast for me. I'm a bit more deliberate. I like strong melodies, but need help on groove and lyrics. I write both Christian and secular songs.
My last big appearance was Bedehusmusikkfestivalen one year where I warmed up for Per Søetorp. The church and the overflow tent were both packed, and I felt like it was well received. An amazing experience. But since the myspace page came up, I've sung in public a bit more. I've been part of a worship team for some time, and also performed solo here and there. I've also started working with a few musicians (guitar).
Johan asked what my plan is with my music. Well, as many others, I've always dreamed of releasing albums and performing. However, I've been away from music for quite a while. I set up this profile as a test (see blog for why). But just being around songwriters tend to wake up half forgotten dreams. For now, my short term goal is to record demos that I might be able to use on here, as a demonstration of how I sound. I'd be happy to sing on songwriter demos, if anyone's interested.
