Project Tomorrow

Formed in 2004,place is Maale Edomim-most beautiful stink hole near the capitol of the world-Jerusalem,Israel by Shai Barashi,Hagai and Eyal Ben Zvi and Artum Selinizky-a hebrew sensitive rock band that plays soft sad rock ballads,mostly recgnizeblee songs were "Anna" and "Broken Window". Guitarist Artum would soon leave the band due to musical differences, Eran Sicron(Shai's cousine) and Sivan Bar Lev joined the band and even recorded a song in a studio("Our Little Secret"). But this wouldn't last much as well-both of the new commers would leave the band after three months, Eyal would move to the keyboads ,Shai would replace him on guitar and Benny Shlovsky(a.k.a D1), would fill on the bass part. Shai, Hagai and Eyal knew each other from childhood(which wasn't that far away...), while Benny,Shai and Artum attended to the Ort high school of Jerusalem-all the leds practicly knew each other. Chemistry was felt emidiatly and the band was accepted to a jazz project of young bands, in "The Yellow Submarine" in Jerusalem,though they didn't play jazz at all...The bands creative assistant(in the beggining atleast...) was Gie Adrian. During the next half a year year the band created over 20 songs! and performed couple a times in Jerusalem and Maale Adumim gaining lovers and haters all over the city... Later they recorded some of their material: Partially in "The Yellow Submarine" and "Studio1"-but a misfortunate firing of their soundman and the drafting of Benny and Shai to the army left the band stuck half way-but still creating new material here and there In the beggining of 2007-one and a half year after the more serious effort and the progress the band went through,the band was in a haytus and was looking for new guitar and drummer ready to kick back with some brand new material! At the end of February 2007 Shai and Benny went to the AG Recording Studio in Tel Aviv with new motivation and band spirit to record new ideas. Couple of songs were recorded, where Benny filled for bass and vocals as usual and Shai took the guitar, vocals and the drumming duties on himself. The new demo songs are purposed for producers in Israel, while the band still looks for drummers and hopes to produce an album by the end of 2007.
