Whats up my name is Jay I am an A&R rep for a major label. I have been doing this for the past 2 yrs and i enjoy my work. I have been responsible for putting a couple of major artist out. I just recently relocated back to the GO to help get out some of Chicago talent out so the nation can here. Chicago has to much talent that needs to get out and be heard, but 1st we have to learn to support our home town talent and not just wait till they blow up, we also need to stop hating on the next man to get ahead.
