I like electronic music especially Depeche Mode but also DAF, Visage, Ultravox, Silicon Teens, Erasure, Yazoo, OMD, Human League etc... who all contributed to my interest for making my own music. I play music which is very much inspired by early 80's synthpop, have speak and spell with Depeche probably as biggest influence. The sound on that album is the ultimate in synthpop! Other interests are: Synthesizers, Manhattan, skyskrapers Art Deco and expensive things...
Duell i Gryningen
The latest addition, a mysterious little song with a lot of pulse, ARP 2600V has been used a bit in this song especially the bass Prophet '08 plays the verse melody which I believe turned out fantastic, there are actually no effects on that sound even though it sounds like delay. And for once I actually managed to get the Linndrum to sound really good as well :) Have a listen and see what you think .
Dina ögon (de är så blå)
A new uptempo synthpop song, no lyrics yet. This is a pure happyness, the inspiration for this song is a photograph I saw on facebook, 2 blue eyes stairing right into the camera absolutely amazing :) Enjoy! The amazing bass sound is the increadible MoPho by DSI.
Nattens Drömmar (Sequential 82 mix)
A cover version of the fantastic song Nattens Drömmar by Nasa, a butiful ballad which I have wanted to cover for a long time, Now I finally succeeded. Originally this son was done using sequential circuits Inc Pro~One (bass) Prophet~5 (the rest) and a soundmaster SR-88 for drums. I wanted to capture the sequential feeling by using pro~one and prophets as well but I also used the new Prophet 08 and the MoPho to give it a slightly more modern sound. A big thanks to the www.99.se/musik members who helped me out with the bassline
Ensam Kvar
A butiful ballad about something lost, it has got a lot of heart in it.
Harbour of dreams (where dreams go when they die):
Full song now uploaded called: "Drömmarnas hamn" This song has a darker more sad touch to it but with a warm 82'ish sound. Once agin there is some mystery... Thanks to Magnus Gladén for the sync lead melody :) This song is composed with the Prophet 08 for all sounds except Bass (ARP 2600V) and Drums (mix of Simmonds SDS 5 Korg KR 55 and DM Speak & Spell bassdrum)
Till Karin, Nätter på Kungsholmen:
A new song, called: "To Karin, Nights at Kungsholmen" I wrote this song to Karin, for her being so wonderful and supportive and got me to start making music again. It is a happy melodic song with some mystery to it :) Love you sweets, thanks for everything!
Any Second Now (Prophet 08mix):
A complete cover version of the Depeche Mode song "Any Second Now (altered) made exclusively with the Prophet 08 synthesizer from Dave Smith instruments. Showing some of it's potential :) The Prophet 08 proves that it really is possible to build a real analog synthesizer today which sounds like the vintage stuff. Please feel fre to download and or comment. All sounds incl. drums are created with the Prophet 08!
(Thanks to Herr A of System for the help with the Mastering)
Den första snön:
One of very few completed songs also made in the early nineties. Yet again PAGE was a very big influence at the time especially "Det syns ingen snö" and "smörpop och kärlek" in this song. But the sound of speak and spell with Depeche inspired me alot aswell as always :D. This was originally meant as a christmas song like "Mer Jul" but I decided to go for a mors blipp and blopp sound, maybe there will be lyrics to it one day. This version was produced with the help of Magnus Gladén, Thanks :)
