You've just touched down at the home of dj delayed, welcome...it all began for me back 2001, when I acquired my first set of decks the legendary technics belt drives (with a roll left to right pitch control) I started out playing bouncy hard house, tunes from labels like hotwaxx, tidy, nukluz etc. & it wasn't long till I'd blagged my first gig. At the tender age of 17 I helped put on a charity night for children in need with south devon college at claires nightclub, torquay (now bohemia). Once I had the taste of playing out to a crowd I never looked back.By the beginning of 2002 I was running my own night with a friend of mine si butlin called ave it at a club called hideaway. The night its self ended up being quite successful. It attracted crowds of on average 2-300 people most saturday nights. the only reason it got stopped was something to do with the owner & the manager falling out. Resulting in the club being closed & our night being stopped less then 12 month after we started. But the hideaway was a great experience for me & it taught me a lot.2003 was the year things really started to get going for me, I started to get regular sets at full tilt (claires), subterranean (voltz) I also started to play at a lot free party's. It didn't matter where it was, on a beach which you could only get to by boat or by absailing down a cliff (dont ask) or in a field in which you had spent the last 2hrs circling cause you cant find the right turning. I'd make it there some how to play my set no matter where it was or whatever the weather.Since then I've never really looked back, now a monthly resident at claires/bohemia's night FULL TILT, I also play regularly at HTID, HINDSIGHT, PREMONITION, FRESHOLD, BLITZED, TWISTED & ELEMENTS events. Clubs I have played at include Riva (formally voltz, exeter), Mambo (exeter & torquay) Dellas Wharf (taunton) Candy Store (plymouth) to name but a few. I've been lucky enough to play along side some of the top names in the industry, they include HIXXY, DARREN STYLES, SY & UNKNOWN, SCOTT BROWN, DOUGAL, RE-CON, SQUAD-E, BRISK, MARC SMITH, SHARKEY, KEV ENERGY, UFO, SCORPIO, MARK EG, KUTSKI, M-ZONE, DARK BY DESIGN AKA GAZ WEST, CALLY & JUICE, LISA PIN-UP, SOL RAY, 4 PLAY, LOUK, NICK THE KID, plus many more.
