Silvia Marbo is a talented singer, dancer, journalist and author. She currently resides in Berlin, Germany.Silvia Marbo speaks several languages (German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese) and sings different styles of music (Bossa Nova, Jazz, Gospel, Electronica). As a dancer, Silvia Marbo has had professional training since her childhood in Ballet, Salsa, Samba, African, Oriental, Jazz and Modern Dance.She is involved in various musical projects and has worked with Derryl Best (Spirit of Gospel), Jocelyn B. Smith (Different Voices Of Berlin), Bob Singleton (Golden Gospel Singers), The Brazil Ensemble, Tivis Märchenspiel and Kelvin Sholar.Silvia Marbo has her master's degree from Humboldt University in Berlin in Political and Social Sciences and she has written on various issues, from her thesis "The Jazz Scene Of Berlin" to the African-American liberation movement. Silvia has hosted her own radio shows internationally (on music and cinema) and worked as a news caster. Silvia Marbo currently works as an international freelance journalist and author whose topics include music, media and children.
