Got The Horn? is a dynamic new female horn section with a wide experience in pop,jazz and classical music (both studio and live). This trio of talented musicians come together to create a truly unforgettable and energetic performance.
Got The Horn? are Karen Straw - Lead trumpet, flugel horn ,picc trumpet, cornet and vocals (lead/backing). Kate Mlynar - All saxes, woodwinds, vocals (backing). Carol Jarvis - Alto, tenor and bass trombone, vocals (backing).
The three girls have all toured extensively, gaining broad experience including: Commercial Work (live/recorded)- Michael Bolton, Cliff Richard, Lulu, Jamiroquai, Roger Daltrey, Victoria Beckham, Billy Preston, Simon Townshend , James Blunt,Ben Mills (X-Factor), Bobby Davro, John Dankworth, Clare Sweeny, Cleo Laine, Atomic Kitten, David Hasslehoff, Marti Pellow and Badly Drawn Boy.
TV and Radio Credits - Songs of Praise, Granada's Men and Motors (!!!??!), Soapstar Superstar, Top Of The Pops, Good Morning America, XFM's Breakfast Show (Christian O'Connell), BBC Radio 1,2,3,4, and Classic FM.

Recent Celeb Parties include - include the Sex and The City film premier party, Robbie Keanes wedding, Opening of the summer season at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Cartier Rock the Polo event.
The girls also write their own music and arrange for the section. Dance (Street, Salsa and Meringue) and modelling/acting includes various pop videos, lifestyle and advertising campaigns.
