Dave and Suzanne Inglish live in a 2 (and a half) bedroom house in a busy street with too many cars parked on the road in Didsbury, Manchester. They have a small back garden, which a local cat has decided is its toilet and a tree out front from which a bird screams its morning greeting through their bedroom window every day. Dave doesn't like either of these issues and feels it is his duty to prevent the animals from behaving in this way. He has so far been unsuccessful.Like anyone else, Dave and Suzanne have to go out and work to earn their living. Dave works part-time in a busy call centre and Suzanne is a dance teacher. When they're not working though, The Inglish like to go out for meals, especially curries, and where better than to Rusholme (the curry mile) in Manchester. Suzanne likes the creamy ones such as passandas or kormas and Dave can't get enough balti in his belly.Apart from eating The Inglish are fond of going out and doing lots of unnecessary things, like walking for the sake of it or jogging round the park. They are proud to be keen recyclers although the weekly collection of empty cans, bottles and unread newspapers that builds up in the kitchen does tend to get Suzanne down. They both regularly make pacts to empty the recycling more often. This rarely makes any difference. When not working, eating, (sleeping) or doing unnecessary things The Inglish like to write and record songs. This could be seen as another unnecessary thing, although Dave and Suzanne both seem to feel the therapeutic benefits of expressing themselves in this way. They aren't sure why the music sounds the way it does but often get surprised by the finished results. The Inglish have promised to put more of their music on this page as soon as they have finished doing a few more unnecessary things.
