About Me

Hi! My name is Dennis Rönngård, I`m a singer, guitar/bass-player who has been working professionally with music a couple of years now. Music has always been a great part of my life. I began playing guitar at the age of 7 and started my first band a few years later. In the beginning of the 90`s I met my dear friend and companion Roland "Rolli" Forsman. We have been playing together since then. Today we have several different projects. We are playing as a duo, trio (with the great drummer Johan "Nisse" Nybäck) and as a whole band on larger gigs. We are also working together with Geir Rönning, who is one hell of a singer. Check him out!! (www.geirronning.com) About a year ago we met some fantastic guys from Stockholm, Sweden. Tor, Robert and Jonas. We started a party/show band with them called "Almost Famous". Despite that we only known each other for a little more then a year we have done over 100 gigs and become best friends! You guys are great!! What a week!! Thank you all so much for an incredible week in our hometown during Jakobs dagar 2007. We had so much fun with our dear friends from "Almost Famous"! Really nice working with Jan Johansen for the first time, hopefully there will be more in the future. A giant hug to Geir, Anna, Oliver, Stefan, Peter, Chris and Kevin who spent almost the whole week here with us. A really big thanks to JERRY and his staff at Cafe Trend for the fantastic arrangement, sound & light, and all old and new friends we met during Jakobs Dagar!
