"MY TOP FRIENDS" is rather "WHAT I MOSTLY LISTEN TO, RIGHT NOW".Since I was 6 maybe my life has evolved around music. I have no experience whatsoever in playing music (that interest was killed off by my miserable music teachers). So I'm satisfied just listening. The first music I listened to was very commercial but as a 6-year old it sounded exciting and different to me. I listened to a lot of metal in my early teens. A couple of years later I discovered much more extreme styles and drifted away from the mass of people who still listened to "regular" music. This led to more and more experimental music and now here I am and continually searching for new sounds. Listened to a lot of MELT-BANANA in the past few years (hence the profile name), they always cheer me up.Discovered the musical genius of Mick Barr in late 2005, bought his "OV" CD (by the duo Orthrelm) in early spring 2006 for only 49:- swedish crowns and was completely captivated by his enormous talent and unique visionary compositional style. There was no turning back there.
