Nick Neutronz was born Nicholas Anthony Low-Beer in westchester, NY, in july of 1983. By his fourth birthday he was into astronomy, physics, and breakdancing. He was enrolled in a preschool where he learned Suzuki violin. He went through elementary school consumed by music, and building a collection which included Black Sheep, Mad lion, Outkast, Micheal Jackson, Guns n Roses, Wu-Tang, Run DMC, the prodigy, the Orb, warren G, Apex twin and Dr. Dre. In Jr. high school he was given turntables by the Orb's Alex Patterson, and began spinning parties, making remixes, and winning local dj contests. Soon after came producing and composing. In college at Colorado State University, he did opening sets for Raekwon, The Beatnutz, and Rahzel of the Roots. Nick left CSU early to pursue a music career. He enrolled in Institute of Audio Research in Greenwhich village, and worked in countless studios on the west side of Manhattan, where he met Yoshi, and then Bangout. Nick Neutronz went to work for Bangout in early 2006, and signed to BigSound in 2007.
